Development Philosophy

Our program combines fun, high-energy drills with proven PEP systems. Players improve while loving every minute on the ice. Our coaches work hands on with each player to grow skills, confidence, and hockey IQ from the ground up.

What to Expect

We take pride in how our teams show up on the ice and off it. Monarch Bandits players are part of a unified, professional looking group from day one.

Every player pays a one-time fee that includes:
- 2-3 guaranteed spring tournaments
- High-exposure schedule in unique markets
- PEP-powered training sessions (More on PEP here - https://poweredgepro.com/)
- Team-issued apparel package
- 10+ hours of in season practice time

Players will follow a team dress code while at tournaments: polo (jacket if needed and part of player apparel package) and khaki pants (or shorts) for every game — because first impressions matter. We want our players looking sharp, feeling confident, and ready to perform.
