Development Philosophy

Our development model is built around fun, fast-paced drills and structured PEP systems. We believe kids should improve while loving every minute they spend on the ice. Our staff works hands-on with every player, building confidence and hockey IQ from the ground up.

What to Expect

We take pride in how our teams show up—on the ice and off it. Monarch Bandits players are part of a unified, professional-looking group from day one.

Every player pays a one-time fee that includes:
- Four guaranteed spring tournaments
- high-exposure schedule in unique markets
- PEP-powered training sessions
- Full team-issued apparel package (includes a training t-shirt, snapback hat, team jacket, and Bandits polo)

Monarch Bandits will require a dress code where all players are expected to wear their team polo (jacket if needed) with a pair of khaki pants to every game. This creates a clean, consistent, and sharp presence for all Monarch Bandits teams across events. First impressions are everything—we look good, feel good, play good.

Additional player gear options may include, but are not limited to, hoodies, crewneck sweaters, hockey bags, backpacks, and more.
