Our approach combines high-energy, game-realistic training with a focus on individual development. Players are constantly engaged, constantly moving, and constantly improving.

We work hands-on with each player to build skill, confidence, and hockey IQ in a way that carries directly into games.

What to Expect

We take pride in how our teams show up — on and off the ice.

Monarch Bandits players are part of a unified, professional group from day one.

Each player registration includes:
- 2–3 spring tournaments
- A high-exposure schedule in competitive markets
- Structured skill development sessions
- Team-issued apparel package
- Team issued practice jersey
- 10+ hours of practice and development time

Players will follow a team dress code at tournaments: polo (and jacket if needed) with khaki pants or shorts.

Because first impressions matter. We want our players looking confident, feeling prepared, and carrying themselves the right way.
Additional team gear may include hoodies, crewnecks, hockey bags, and backpacks.
